Shawn from ProStar did a great job. Excellent customer service from start to finish. He explained a few repair options, replaced my sink, and fixed the shower water handle issue quickly and professionally. Honest, helpful, and easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend ProStar’s services.

We highly recommend Tyrone! He was very accomodating to questions, he explained everything very well. He was very knowlegeable about the system and carefully inspect everything and makes sure he gets the right diagnosis. He was very enthusiastic and respectful too. Lastly, he cleaned up very good and make sure everything is tidy before leaving. Highly recommeded!

Prostar guys replaced our old furnace and hot water tank and the experience was seamless. From the initial quote to the final walkthrough, the team was incredibly knowledgeable. I once again needed Prostar assistance and every single time they provided excellent service from the first call you make all the way till the job is complete. Darcy and Shawn have great experience and are very reliable. Amazing company. I called them to request their services and they were very friendly and polite, sent someone right away to my house to check my furnace and AC, once he arrived the service was top notch, friendly, professional, efficient and effective. I recommend them to anyone needing any of the services they provide, they always explain the options and information clearly. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They only get 1 star as I have to. Our House is 26 years old. We needed 2 standard outdoor water taps replaced as they were starting to leak. No obstruction to get to either tap. Water had been shut off and also drained. Took about 15 minutes to replace both taps. No lines were replaced either. Total bill $831.60! And that was for the taps that had no drain valves either. That would have been over $1000!!!!! I called and was told it’s the cost of doing business as they have liability insurance to pay for and it’s not a one man business. And they only offer 30 days warranty. Save your money and use a different company. We were absolutely taken for a ride.

Find another company! Three valves, that are housed in my washer closet, needed replacing. Two Eddytime plumbers came for the job. They took the washer out and replaced the valves. They put the washer back in but did not reattach the drain hose. A Plumber! Didn’t reattach a drain hose! I was unaware of this gaff and the next time I did a wash, the water drained into my downstairs neighbour’s home. Lazy, shoddy workmanship.
